LUXXY Policies
Booking Policies
10% reservation Fee is due at the time of booking for any services over $150. The 10% will be applied to your service total.
Cancelation/No-Show/Late Policies
Please reschedule and cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments rescheduled and canceled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 25% of the appointment price.

No shows will be charged 50% of the service total and will not be able to reschedule until the 50% is paid in full.
​
COVID and other illnesses are not exempt.

Late Policy
We have a 7 minute grace period for all appointments. Any later than 7 minutes will result in shortened appointment times or rescheduling your appointment. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, you will be charged the 50% no-show fee.

Lash extensions have a 72 hour satisfaction period. This means that if you leave your appointment and you lose an unordinary amount of lashes* or if something is bothering you, you can come in for a complimentary touch up.
*given that lashes have not been damaged by the guest
